SHERATON / KEMPENSKI GROUP / ACCOR HOTELS / COMPASS GROUP PLC/OLIVE
GARDEN RESTAURANTS. HIS EMPLOYMENT RECORD HAS BEEN IN A
SUPERVISORY AND MANAGEMENT CADRE AND INCLUDES AN EXTENSIVE CHEFING KNOWLEDGE.
HE HAS BEEN INSTRUMENTAL IN DESIGNING THE
MENU OF THE RESTAURANT AND WRITING THE RECIPES FOR THE DISHES.
HE HAS VAST EXPERIENCE OF TURN KEY MANAGEMENT PROJECTS AND HAS
BEEN A PART OF THE START UP TEAMS FOR HOTELS, RESTAURANTS,
CATERING EVENTS, AND SPECIAL EVENTS. HE ALSO HAS THE PROUD HONOR
OF ORGANIZING THE STAY AND CATERING FACILITIES FOR A JOINT
MILITARY EXERCISE FOR A PERIOD OF THREE MONTHS IN THE MIDDLE OF
